Class Etiquette

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts to prepare and be ready for your practice.
  • If you arrive late for class (it happens) the door of the studio may be locked..  We will unlock the door once the beginning meditation has ended.
  • Please do not assist any other students during class.
  •  Please speak softly. We share a wall with a massage business next door.  Enjoy your conversations with friends and teachers, but do so quietly so that others may enjoy their visit as well.
  •  Please turn your cell phones off when you arrive.
  • Please do not wear perfumes, oils or other strongly scented body products as many people are sensitive to scents, even natural ones.
  • Classes are limited to adults and youths 14 years or older accompanied by a legal guardian.
